Brad Krinhop

Chief Executive Officer

Brad has built is career as an innovative and proven operations and client services executive with more than 25 years of customer service and sales management experience. Prior to joining Unbridled Connect, Brad was a client of Unbridled Connect at The Honest Company as their Senior Vice President of Client Services. He was also a client of Unbridled Connect at Pearson Education in his role as Vice President of Customer Service for North America. Brad was fortunate to have a diverse career with industry leaders: Convergys - the world's 2nd largest BPO firm, Alpine Access - the pioneer in the virtual/work-from-home space (now Sykes @ Home), eBay - the world's first and largest e-commerce auction platform, AT&T Broadband Internet (now Comcast), DirecTV Satellite (now AT&T) and learned the art and science of call center management at the original business disrupter - MCI Telecommunications (now Verizon). Through his career, Brad has built a well-established track record of generating superior results through process improvement, strategic planning and building high performance management teams. His versatile skill base includes multi-million dollar P&L management, operational execution, sales delivery, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Brad is widely recognized as a motivational leader, trusted coach, consummate collaborator, complex problem solver, and a noteworthy communicator with honed matrix management skills.

Mark Zahringer

Chief Purpose Officer and Managing Partner

Mark’s determination of being able to drive philanthropy through for profit companies and Unbridled’s 20/20/60 model, has been a life-long goal he now focuses on through a variety of non-profits, particularly at Peaceful Hugs, a non-profit focused on at-risk youth and single moms headquartered in his hometown of Detroit, MI. Mark is an experienced turn-around executive, particularly in operations, marketing and finance, managing high growth start up organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies primarily focused on building revenue and optimizing operations to drive profitability. Throughout his career, he has achieved a strong track record of results, execution excellence and improved efficiency while also driving customer engagement and client satisfaction to unprecedented levels in the Education and BPO spaces with universities such as Arizona State and Southern New Hampshire and fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, British Airways and a variety of other high profile colleges, universities and companies..

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree, graduating suma cum laude from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. and is working towards finishing his Master of Divinity in Chaplaincy. Mark lives in Denver, CO with his four children.

Terry Bate

Chief Client Officer

Terry has an extensive background in Contact Center Operations, Client Services and Business Development with a distinguished record of producing superior results, building lasting cultures and effectively serving both internal and external clients. Terry has built and lead multiple contact center operations, serving a wide variety of verticals. He brings a great deal of experience in Business Process Outsourcing and has experienced success in both the Brick and Mortar and Virtual environments. Terry has held senior leadership positions at MCI, Qwest, 360networks, AIMCO, ESM, Alpine Access, Sykes & Teleperformance. Terry is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States and has a BA from Rhodes College, Memphis TN.

Sheryl Tilton

Vice President, Operations

Sheryl is a distinct leader with over 25 years of in-depth call center experience in the telecommunications, banking, and healthcare industries as both the client and BPO provider. She has a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and exceed desired results with a constant focus on employee and customer/client satisfaction. Sheryl has a very diverse background and proven experience and results in call center leadership, operations, training development and delivery, quality management and customer experience, and business management/support. Sheryl has held leadership positions with MCI (now Verizon), Wells Fargo, Startek, Alorica, Teleperformance and most recently Apria Healthcare before moving to her current role with Unbridled Connect.

Chris Onan

Chris has invested in over 200 early / growth stage businesses. He is also a co-founder and former COO/CFO at Galvanize where raised over $85 million of capital to support Galvanize’s growth and expansion from a concept to eight campuses with locations including San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Denver, Boulder, Phoenix and Austin. Chris led Galvanize’s fundraising efforts and manages Galvanize Venture Fund I, LP. Prior to co-founding Galvanize, Chris was a partner with Appian Ventures where he worked with Ping Identity (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), mPay Gateway (acquired by Payspan), T3 Media, Tendril and Auctionpay (acquired by Global Payments). Earlier in his career, he had the privilege of working with companies such as Broadbus Technologies, (acquired by Motorola), Datalogix (acquired by Oracle). Chris is also an investor in Bullet Time Ventures (Uber, Sendgrid, Twilio, Simply Measured.) He served on the board of directors of Spex and led the company through its recent sale / majority investment from J.S. Held. Chris spent four years with LEK Consulting, an international strategy consulting boutique, before locating to Colorado. Chris speaks often about entrepreneurial finance at both Denver University’s Daniels College of Business and the Leeds College of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He sits on the board of directors of Foodmaven and is a current board member and the former President and Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association, and is a co-founder of the Associates Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado. Chris has a BA in Economics, from Northwestern University, (Phi Beta Kappa)

Howard Brill

Howard Brill has more than 20 years of executive experience in the professional staffing and Business Services industries. He was president and CEO of Global Employment Solutions(GES) and Fahrenheit IT for 16 years and is currently Executive Chairman. Under Mr. Brill’s leadership, the company has repeatedly ranked as one of the largest U.S. staffing companies. During his tenure, Howard was responsible for over a dozen recapitalizations and acquisitions including GES becoming a publicly-traded company. Mr. Brill has been recognized as one of Staffing's 100 Most Influential People by Staffing Industry Analysts. Prior to joining Global Employment Solutions, he served in executive positions at Roth Staffing Companies and Norrell Corporation. Mr. Brill serves on the boards of Special Olympics and Allied Jewish Federation and is an active supporter of these and many other non-profit organizations. He is a member of Young President's Organization.

Ken Smith

Ken’s career has involved leading and operating large enterprises, to launching two successful start-ups. During his years as an executive with several telecom and technology companies, he was known for his ability as a turn-around specialist. Inheriting underperforming organizations and quickly establishing a culture of success, operational excellence and crafting sounds business strategies, has been a consistent theme for Ken throughout his career. Core to his management philosophy is an unwavering focus on client satisfaction, which delivered dividends in retaining and growing revenues, while accelerating new customer acquisition. His most recent start-up is Peakview Communications, Inc., a technology consulting firm with particular focus on migrating legacy technologies to the Cloud. Peakview has become one of the top Cloud Contact Center consulting practices in the industry, with a recognizable client list of top technology companies.
